The Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) is an 8-week employment program for youth between the ages of 14 to 18 living in Princeton or attending a Princeton school. The program offers entry-level work experience, job readiness training, and career development training to all applicants. The Summer Youth Employment Program will be offering in-person work placements during the summer of 2023.
The 2023 employment period will be from July 5 to August 25, 2023.
Eligibility
- Applicant must be a resident of Princeton
- Must be between the ages of 14 and 18 by July 5, 2023
- Applicant must be able to participate in the entire program (8 weeks) and attend all mandatory meetings
- Family income must not exceed 400% of the 2022 Federal Poverty Level
