From time to time, Princeton’s Department of Affordable Housing has several resale units available for sale. Sales prices are set in accordance with rules adopted by the Superior Court of New Jersey. To apply to purchase an affordable unit, please complete the Preliminary Sales Application on the Affordable Housing webpage.
Currently, Princeton has a one-bedroom moderate-income unit for sale at Griggs Farm. To be considered for this unit, your household size must be between 1-2 persons. Please refer to the table below which outlines the minimum and maximum gross annual income for each household size.
