Emergency Housing Navigation

The Human Services Department actively assists residents in need by providing emergency housing navigation, ensuring swift and effective support for individuals facing housing crises within the community. Through compassionate guidance and resource coordination, the department works to address immediate housing challenges and contribute to the overall well-being of Princeton residents.

Mercer County residents experiencing homelessness or an emergency can visit the Mercer County Board of Social Services at 200 Woolverton Street in Trenton or call the Board of Social Services at 609-468-8296. If in need of help on weekends or after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, call the Homeless Hotline operated by NJ 211 by dialing 211.
