Vaccine Information

The CDC recommends the updated 2023-2024 COVID-19 vaccines to protect against serious illness from COVID-19. Pfizer, Moderna, and Novavax have released updated vaccines. Vaccination appointments with local providers are able to be made available through NJ Vaccine finder: https://covid19.nj.gov/pages/finder.

All people aged 5 years and older are recommended to receive (1) updated vaccine dose. Children aged 6 months to 4 years must receive multiple vaccine doses to be considered up-to-date, including at least 1 dose of an updated vaccine. Immunocompromised individuals may be eligible for additional doses. The chart below outlines the vaccine schedule provided by the CDC.
