24 hour resident permitFor residents with no off-street parking, one permit is available per household at $10/month with a second permit available at $20/month. Permits purchased by the homeowner and permits are valid anywhere within their own residential zone.


One permit available to all residents with available off-street parking or not.

Overnight resident permitOne permit available to any resident in any of the 5 zones and can be used in their zone. Proposed fee-$10/month.May be used in Maclean lot.



Employee permitsPurchased only through employer. University and other institutions are not eligible to purchase employee or student permits. Proposed fee-$10/month. Parking permit is only good for one residential block. No more than 30-40% of any block may be assigned to employee permits. All spaces in municipal lots (Maclean) may be allocated to employee permits.Available in Maclean lot, Lytle Street, West-most block of Leigh & BirchAvailable on Spruce Street, Linden Lane, Maple Street, Murray Place, Aiken Ave, Patton Ave, & Princeton Ave.Available where existing on Guyot & Franklin. High School student permit72 permits requested by the district (reduced from 100) to be available to PHS seniors at the discretion of and administered by the school district. Includes 47 existing permits and an additional 25 new permits to replace those that will be lost at the Franklin Lot when closed.

Available where existing on Guyot & Franklin. Possibly also on Moore and portions of Henry & Franklin between Jefferson & Moore.

Short-term 24 hour permitsAvailable for overnight guests in any zone. Proposed fee-$5/day, $10/3-day, $20/7-day.
